Personal Trainer
As a plump and fairly inactive child, it is at the beginning of adulthood that Guillaume slowly developped his passion for physical activity. It started with fitness, then karate, jogging, swimming, mountain biking, and hiking. Exercise is now a very important part of his life.
Originally studying cinema, it is after an important car accident that Guillaume’s interest in a career in training grows. During his rehabilitation period, he discovered how important it is to eat healthy and exercise properly in order to recover physically and mentally. He then decided to pursue his interest in overall health by targeting physical activity and nutrition as the basis of wholesome living habits.
After attending several workshops and seminars on training and nutrition in University as well as specialized schools, Guillaume started working as a trainer at Momentum Performance, under Roberto Sabatini’s supervision. He then joined Axellite’s team where he plans to use his knowledge, his constant good mood, and his energy to better serve his clientele.
Curious and always ready to learn more in order to help as many people as possible, Guillaume is currently training in sports nutrition at Precision Nutrition and he will undertake Somatraning classes with Guy Voyer this fall.
Guillaume wants to help people develop healthy habits in order for them to reach balance in their lives, be happier and feel good about themselves.
